3 – 9 Months Ahead

  • Book Major Activities/Tours 3 – 9 months ahead: Popular experiences, top museums, or special restaurants can sell out months in advance.

3–6 Months Ahead 

  • Book your short-haul flights 3 – 6 months ahead. 

  • Book your trains 3 – 6 months ahead.

  • Book bus and ferries

  • Check Health/Vaccinations: Visit a travel clinic if necessary.

  • Arrange Accommodation for Pets/Plants/Mail/Arrange house-sitting or hold your mail.

  • Notify Bank: all the bank cards you intend to take on the holiday.
